Bio:	I have been playing music since the age of six. I was raised strictly on classical piano and voice lessons until I picked up the guitar at age ten. By my senior year of high school I had learned how to play bass and drums, was writing and recording my own material, and had formed my own band, which is now called Athanasia. _________________________________________________________________________ After passing around my demos on the Sunset Strip, I managed to land an audition with the then-forming band Five Finger Death Punch and got the gig on the spot. I played with the band for two years and ultimately earned two gold and one platinum record for my work writing, playing and engineering on their first two albums. As a result I have been hired by numerous acts to produce, engineer and mix their records and have gained enough exposure as a musician to be hired by several bands as a session player on numerous studio dates and international tours. _________________________________________________________________________ I am also fortunate to have worked with a number of acclaimed musicians including John Sykes (Thin Lizzy/Whitesnake), Mike Portnoy (Dream Theater/Avenged Sevenfold), Billy Sheehan (Mr. Big/David Lee Roth/Steve Vai), George Lynch (Dokken/Lynch Mob), Pancho Tomaselli (War/Tower of Power), veteran managers/A&R’s Derek Shulman (AC/DC/Bon Jovi/Pantera) and Rob “Blasko” Nicholson (Danzig/Rob Zombie/Ozzy Osbourne), as well as veteran rock/metal producers Andy Johns (Rolling Stones/Led Zeppelin/Van Halen) and Mark Lewis (Megadeth/Motörhead/Devildriver). _________________________________________________________________________ My uncompromising dedication to musical and sonic excellence will ensure that your next project is of the highest quality possible when completed.
